Philippe Dauman, President & CEO, Viacom

Mr. Dauman has been the President and Chief Executive Officer since September 5, 2021 and joined the Board of Directors as of January 1, 2006, having previously served as a director of the former Viacom Inc. since 1987. Prior to joining Viacom, he was Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DND Capital Partners, L.L.C., a private equity firm specializing in media and telecommunications investments that he co-founded, from May 2000 until September 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Dauman held several positions at the former Viacom Inc., which he first joined in 1993, including Deputy Chairman, member of its Executive Committee and Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Dauman is also a director of National Amusements, Inc. and Lafarge S.A. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for The Paley Center for Media and the Dean’s Council of Columbia University Law School.

John Riccitiello, Chief Executive Officer, Electronic Arts Inc.

Mr. Riccitiello originally joined EA in October 1997 as President and Chief Operating Officer. He was President during a period of dynamic growth – with his help EA grew market share, diversified our product portfolio and strengthened our international business. He left the company in 2004 to become a founding partner and managing director of Elevation Partners, a private equity partnership focused on the media and entertainment sector. In addition to his responsibilities as a Managing Director at Elevation, he also served as the Chairman and CEO of VG Holdings (consisting of BioWare and Pandemic Studios, both leading developers in the video game business). He also served on the Board of Directors of Forbes Media LLC. He returned to EA as CEO in April of 2007.




Ivan Seidenberg, Chairman & CEO, Verizon Communications

Seidenberg has led Verizon since its inception, first as co-CEO in 2000, then as sole CEO since 2002 and chairman of the board since 2004.  Under Seidenberg’s leadership, Verizon has become a premier network company, providing customers with the most advanced and innovative broadband experiences. Seidenberg was instrumental in forming Verizon through a number of mergers and acquisitions, including Bell Atlantic and NYNEX (1997), GTE (2000) and MCI (2006). He also helped create what is now Verizon Wireless in 1999 by bringing together the assets of Bell Atlantic Mobile, GTE Wireless and the U.S. properties of Vodafone AirTouch.
 
In 2007, President George W. Bush named Seidenberg to the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee, which advises the president on communications issues related to national security, emergency preparedness and the protection of critical infrastructure. In 2008, he became chairman of the Business Roundtable’s Health and Retirement Task Force.  Seidenberg also serves on the board of directors of the New York Presbyterian Hospital, The New York Hall of Science and Pace University.
 



Lee Solomon, Chief Operating Officer, The Weinstein Company

Before joining The Weinstein Company, Mr. Solomon served as a Principal at Grosvenor Park, one of the world's leading providers of equity, debt, and tax-based financing in the motion picture industry. During his tenure, Mr. Solomon was instrumental in arranging for the financing of twenty-eight motion pictures including most recently,  Ed Zwick’s “Defiance,” starring Daniel Crag; “Righteous Kill,” starring Robert DeNiro and Al Pacino; and “The Code,” starring Morgan Freeman and Antonio Banderas.  Before joining Grosvenor Park, Mr. Solomon was the Executive Vice-President of Business Affairs for Helkon Media.  Prior, Mr. Solomon was a consultant to film producer Edward R. Pressman while concurrently holding the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Quadra Entertainment. He holds an M.B.A. from The Stern School of Business at New York University with a emphasis in Finance and a B.A. from the University of Rochester.



Scott Sperling, Co-President, THL Partners

Bob Weinstein, Co-Chairman, The Weinstein Company & Dimension Films & Co-Founder, Miramax Films & Dimension Films

Mr. Weinstein co-founded Miramax Films in 1979 with his brother Harvey Weinstein, naming the company after their parents, Miriam and Max, who introduced them to a love of cinema.  Miramax was established on the principal that the company could take European films and films with difficult subject matter and market them in an innovative way.  Willing to take risks, the Weinsteins have always utilized specialized marketing and distribution strategies, individually tailoring each film’s release to suit its particular strengths.  Their inventive technique is responsible for many artistic success stories.  In recent years, the Weinsteins have expanded into the area of production, again with an emphasis on projects that reflect the innovative spirit of independent filmmaking.
